At Yora Naqsh Fabrics, we value your satisfaction and ensure every product is checked before dispatch. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. Returns or exchanges are only allowed if the item meets our eligibility criteria below.

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Fabric that has been cut, stitched, or altered after delivery.
• Products purchased during sale/discount promotions (unless defective).
• Customized or made-to-order items.
• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
